‘『inese New Year(春節)』’ by Limu, Yokohama Chinatown.

‘Their red grows stronger with each run. On the streets of Yokohama, where the Chinese New Year is being celebrated, their color blends beautifully with the red of the historic architecture. The three dogs marking the path of evolution compete with the red that brings good fortune. It’s a brilliant commemorative photo that is fitting for the start of a new season.’

By 0PikaRio, Orange County California.

‘Psyducks splashing each other in the pool while pikachu jumps in.’

‘My Shadow Lugia’ by Victor Adad, Veracruz, Mexico.

‘Lugia has been my favorite legendary since I played Pokemon Silver, and it has followed me through the series ever since. Now, my Best Buddy in GO is my beautiful shadow shiny Lugia!’

‘Venasaur’s feeling a bit left out…’ by Ianbrody235171, Tainan, Taiwan.

‘Venasaur is a bit sad it isn’t a shiny…’

‘Waddle waddle!’ by blckflxre, Szczecinek, Poland.

“Nobody say anything, he’s trying to fit in…”

‘Pikas in love’ by AvatarFailed39, Germany.

‘Spring is coming. Spring brings flowers. Flowers shares love because they’re the earth smile! Pikas are in love.’

By Tahtorak, Philadelphia.

‘I went to Art of the Brick and saw this giant Lego ladybug. I just HAD to get a Ledyba with it!’

Hone Your Skills by Feresk, Amlan, Negros Oriental, Philippines.

‘Do not fear someone who knows a thousand moves. Fear those, rather, who’ve practiced one move a thousand times.’

By 0PikaRio, Orange County California.

‘Lapras coming out of the water to enjoy a beautiful day.’

‘Be Happiny’ by xLordop, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

I was mesmerized by the look of small garden. So I thought I’ll take some cute pokemon like Happiny and get a picture from it. I became happy when I saw the garden ,so close Happiny for that.

‘Surprised surprise’ by pokemoninlife, Tainan Metropolitan Park, Tainan Taiwan.

‘While GO Tour: Kalos held in Tainan Metropolitan Park, trainers came here to see many specical Pokemon. I was lucky to meet shiny Yveltal in front of the long gate of Chimei Museum. It’s probably the good start in Pokemon’s 30th and Pokemon GO’s 10th anniversary.’

‘Role Model’ by TheDude, Virginia, Ireland.

‘A young Magikarp looks up to one day, strive to be as strong and powerful as the Gyrados standing in front of it. It thinks to itself, “one day, I will get stronger like you.” At least, that’s what I think.’

‘『A legendary flight to brighten up the Chinese New Year』’ by Limu, Yokohama Chinatown.

Ho-Oh is a Pokémon with rainbow wings that only appears before righteous Trainers.

Two Ho-Ohs quietly meet above the clouds. One has watched over millennia of history as a “symbol of peace,” while the other has soared through the skies promising “eternal happiness.”

As they pass each other, they flap their wings once, and a light like golden powder snow showers down from the sky. It is a tribute to ancient history and a blessing for new adventures.

By Tatjana, Estonia.

‘The flamingos in the snow symbolize contrast and resilience. They represent the feeling of being out of place yet standing tall, bright, and unapologetically yourself. The surreal setting highlights how beauty can exist in unexpected environments’

‘3 sized pumpkaboos’ by Ianbrody235171, Tainan, Taiwan.

‘3 pumpkaboos of different sizes meet up for a size comparison! ‘

‘『Will that bud open? Or will it float? Which one is it?』’ by Limu, Yokohama Chinatown.

As I gazed upon Celebi, it began to resemble a delicious spring onion… 🧅🌱 Not only is her time-traveling ability impressive, but I think this “absolutely delicious form” is also a legendary talent.

By 0PikaRio, Orange County California.

‘Mespirit resting under a a blossoming tree while planes fly by.’

Edited Images

‘Twinning (Series)’ by Lito Frito/@pogo_a.art, Philadelphia, PA, USA.

‘I started a Twinning series/album where the Pokemon resemble things in the picture. This one was done at a yearly event at the Philly zoo. There were so many beautifully sculpted shrubs. When I saw the butterfly one, I knew what had to be done haha.’

‘Twinning (Series)’ by Lito Frito/@pogo_a.art, Philadelphia, PA, USA.

‘Part of the same series, this pic was taken at the Shofuso Japanese House and Garden. There was this really tall sculpture that, I think, is about 100+ years old. It was so tall that I wanted to compare it to the tallest Pokemon I had at the time haha’

Life is a Glide by Feresk, Taipei, Taiwan.

‘With a view like this, it’s worth falling… with style.’

By Cardmakerjd, Massachusetts.

‘Spring time fun !’

‘150’ by SH4WNDIDIT, Chicago, IL.

‘A sculpture that says 150. Mewtwo was the best candidate for this photo-op! ‘

‘PokeMuseum (Series)’ by Lito Frito/@pogo_a.art, Philadelphia, PA, USA.

‘I love art museums. I was once told, “art IS empathy; the audience is trying to see what the artist was thinking or feeling when they made something or even what thoughts/feelings the piece in front of them evokes.

Meanwhile, the artist is trying to see what impact their work has on others. Given that, I started a series called PokeMusem. The concept is just Pokemon interacting with art. I wondered how they’d interact and figured it’d be like how their human owners would: they’d pose and take pics, or just saunter through as nothing speaks to them, or even be deep in conversation with a piece that really speaks to them.

In this pic, Weezing is DEEP in conversation with this mural haha. Maybe it’s because Weezing is realizing you can use smoke to communicate. I imagine they’re happy they can go beyond just saying its name now 😛’
