February Community Day brings with it the ‘Hoppip’s Hop-Along Hangout’, shiny Hoppip is coming! With Hoppip being scheduled to be featured in the Johto Tour two weeks after this event, we are curious how you feel about this particular Community Day, let us know in the comments!

Event Bonuses

3× Catch Stardust
Incense activated during the event will last for three hours.
Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours.
Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!
Get up to three free Raid Passes from Gyms during the event and up to two hours after the event.
Chance for Skiploom to appear in Parks alongside Hoppip.
Bonus Hoppip XL Candy from Skiploom caught in Parks.

Hoppip will be appearing more frequently in the wild. If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny one! The Hoppip family are really excellent shinies, so striking and cool!

Exclusive Attack

Evolve Skiploom (Hoppip’s Evolution) during the event or up to two hours afterward to get a Jumpluff that knows the Charged Attack Acrobatics. Acrobatics is a Flying type move.

Acrobatics will have the following damage:

Trainer Battles: 110 damage
Gyms and raids: 100 damage

We’ll have a PvP analysis of this move available soon, sadly Jumpluff just isn’t big and beastly enough to really have an impact on PvE.
