Pokémon GO Unova Tour Pass Ranks and Rewards (Free and Deluxe)

Get ready to take your Unova Tour experience to a whole new level, with a brand new Tour Pass designed to help you maximise your rewards from the event! The more you play, the more rewards and bonuses you’ll unlock.

The Tour Pass is a free, limited-time progression track during Pokémon GO Unova Tour: Global. By collecting points you can unlock rewards, increase your rank, and boost your event bonuses.

All Trainers will automatically receive their free Tour Pass at no cost on Monday, February 24, at 10:00 a.m. local time. You can collect Tour Points and rank up for additional rewards through the end of Pokémon GO Tour: Unova on Sunday, March 2, at 6:00 p.m. local time.

From Monday, February 24 10:00 am to Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 6:00 pm local time the new Tour Pass and Tour Pass Deluxe will be available in Pokémon GO.

• The Tour Pass is a free, limited-time progression track during Pokémon GO Unova Tour: Global. By collecting points you can unlock rewards, increase your rank, and boost your event bonuses.
• All Trainers will automatically receive their free Tour Pass at no cost on Monday, February 24 10:00 am local time.
• For $14.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency) you can purchase the Tour Pass Deluxe track.
• The Tour Pass Deluxe is a paid version of the free Tour Pass. It is available for all trainers to purchase to upgrade their bonuses and rewards even more, with faster progression.
• You can collect Tour Points and rank up to get additional rewards until the end of the event on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 6:00 pm local time.
• Rewards unlocked during this period will expire on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at 6:00 pm local time, so be sure to claim all of your rewards before they vanish!
• There are a total of 500 ranks to rise through! Rank 100 rewards the brand new Lucky Trinket for Deluxe Tour Pass holders.

How to Earn Points

Earn points to increase your rank and unlock rewards. You can earn points by completing Pass Tasks or the various accomplishments listed below.

Any rewards you earn for completing a Pass Task will be awarded as soon as you finish the task. There are Daily Pass Tasks rewarding 50 Tour Points that trainers complete to earn Tour points.

Trainers can earn up to 150 additional points daily by doing the following:

• Catch a Legendary Pokémon: 50 Points
• Hatch an Egg: 10 Points
• Catch a Pokémon: 5 Point

Your progress is capped at between 4 and 5 ranks per day. During the Pokémon GO Tour Unova: Global weekend event you can earn more from Pass Tasks that refresh hourly.

During GO Tour Global weekend, the Pass Point limits will be removed and you will have the opportunity to obtain an unlimited amount of points during the event.

Each rank requires 10 points to complete and rise to the next rank.

What is the Lucky Trinket?

The Lucky Trinket is a brand new item in Pokémon GO!

• A Lucky Trinket is a one time use item that can be used to turn one friend from your Friends List into a Lucky Friend.
• When used, the Lucky Trinket will set the status of you and your chosen friend to Lucky, even if you aren’t Best Friends.
• When you are Lucky with someone, the next Pokémon you trade with them is guaranteed to be a Lucky Pokémon.
• Once you have traded, your Lucky status is cleared.

The Lucky Trinket will only stay in your item bag for a limited time, it will expire on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at 6:00pm, so make sure you use it, or lose it!

Lucky Trinket Rules

You must be at least Great Friends with your chosen trainer in order to use your Lucky Trinket, and you cannot use a Lucky Trinket if you are already Lucky friends with the trainer you have chosen.

The Lucky Trinket does not affect your trade distance. You can choose to not allow your fellow Trainers to use their Lucky Trinket with you by disabling the permissions in your in-game settings.
