Shiny Keldeo debuts in Pokémon GO via the Pony Tales Masterwork Research that becomes available at the start of the Final Justice event. It’s a paid Masterwork Research track that rewards encounters with Keldeo and related Pokémon.

The Masterwork Research Ticket is available for purchase in the in-game shop for US$7.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency, plus any applicable taxes and fees) from Tuesday, November 25, at 10:00 a.m. to Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time.

Masterwork Research does not expire, so you can complete it at your own pace, but it has to be picked up in the provided time period.
