Spheal Raid Counters Guide

Spheal

Spheal is a Tier 1 raid boss in Pokémon GO with a raid boss CP of 2760. It should be an easy solo for any trainer!

It can be caught with the following CP values:

  • 505 – 550 CP at Level 20, no weather boost
  • 631 – 687 CP at Level 25 with Snow or Rainy weather boost

Being an Ice/Water type, its weaknesses include the Electric, Fighting, Grass and Rock types.

Spheal Raid Counters

Since Shadow Pokémon are extremely expensive to power up and require specific events to remove Frustration with a Charge TM, they will NOT be listed as raid counters in this article. That being said, if you have the shadow form of a listed raid counter Pokémon powered up and TMed, use it.

The best counters for Spheal are the following:

Conclusion

Poor Spheal is only a tier 1 raid, so you can pretty much use anything against it to win. Sorry Speahl! The Spheal family are great purple shinies that will look great in any collection, and Walrein can be a decent budget Ice type attacker for raids.

All the best, trainers!
