Starmie is a Tier 3 Raid Boss in Pokémon GO, with Boss CP of 19044. Due to Starmie’s dual typing of Water and Psychic, it has several strong raid counters, including Electric, Dark, Grass, Ghost, and Bug type Pokémon.

It can be shiny, if you’re lucky!

Starmie can be caught with the following CP after being defeated in raids:

• From 1404 CP to 1476 CP, at level 20 with no weather boost
• From 1756 CP to 1846 CP, at Level 25 with Rainy or Windy weather boost

In general, Starmie can be easily defeated by 2 Trainers, but it can also be successfully soloed due to relatively low defense, low HP, and a wide variety of available counters.
