How you can help the research
Niantic hasn’t clearly stated which rewards are available for a particular Field Research task. It is our duty as a community to collect valuable information and figure it out. You can help by filling this survey throughout the day, sharing it with your local community and being active as a Field Researcher.
How to fill out the form
- Select the quest type you received
- Select type of reward
- Fill out rewards accordingly
- In case you are reporting item rewards leave Pokémon encounter blank on last page
Expectations from this research
We expect that by the end of this weekend we will be able to update our Field Research Quests List with accurate rewards for each Quest type. For example, we already know that quests like “Catch 5 Bug Types” can lead to a Pinsir encounter, but there is much more hidden in the intricacies of the Quest System.
Be honest, be active, don’t troll and help fellow trainers by submitting accurate Field Reports! For the Hub!
