It’s the most haunting time of the year, and Halloween is almost in full swing at the Pokémon Center! The full spooky season line-up has been revealed, with many of the products already live on the Pokémon Center. Those not yet for sale we expect to rise from the dead in the coming week or two. The Halloween merch is always delightful, and this year is no different, with a sweet and spooky theme.
Plushies
First things first, the plushies. Each year a new range of Halloween themed plushies are released, and while these aren’t yet live on the Pokémon Center, we anticipate it is only a matter of time until they are.
It is a stellar line-up this year, with Pikachu, Zoroark, Pawmi and Polteageist as the main full size plushies. The Pawmi in a pumpkin shaped like itself is particularly adorable! The Pokémon Center plushies typically give us an idea of potential Pokémon GO costumes we could see in game during the Halloween events, and any of these would be such a fun addition to the game! Other than Pikachu none have had costumes before, so they would all be highly sought after.
For keyring plushies we get Zorua, Crobat, Alolan Raichu and Alcremie with various seasonal costumes and sweet treats.
Clothing
The clothing is always a standout in the collection, and most of this is live on the Pokémon Center, barring this Zorua and Zoroark corduroy shirt which I really hope gets added. It is so sweet and subtle, and I want it!
Two items I can personally attest to the quality of are the Gengar cardigan, and this Halloween tshirt. I snagged both of these as soon as they hit the Pokémon Center and they are both fantastic. I love a bit of Pokémon clothing and the cardigans and jumpers this year are really fun!
Homewares
We can’t guarantee that all the homewares will be available globally as often these are Japan Pokémon Center exclusives, but we had to share some highlights!
The pumpkin themed mugs are always a high point, and Pawmi joins the collection this year! Pikachu clones are always a cute choice and this one works so well.
This cake stand is adorable! If you have a Pokémon fan in your life who loves to bake, this cake stand and silicone mold would be great gifts for their collection.
Each year a scenic figurine is released, and this year has Greavard shocking Pikachu and Sprigatito in a woodland setting.
Each year there are also new pumpkin themed candle holders, and this year Umbreon was the chosen Pokémon which is unexpected, but really works! We also get a Ditto bowl to join the sweetie bowl designs which is a great choice. These bowls are surprisingly large, so would be ideal for using to hand out your sweets to trick or treaters.
For anyone who wants to make their home truly seasonal, these window clings would be so fun! I am sure any child trick or treating would be filled with glee to spot these decorating your house. And finally, Eevee is ready to be the cutest dude on Halloween in their witch hat in this snowglobe!
