Hello Trainers,
It is with great sadness that I share with you a tragic loss in the Pokémon GO community. Early on Thursday morning, Nevada State Police Trooper Alberto Felix, known as FATriverCAT in game, passed away while on duty, alongside his partner Sergeant Michael Abbate. He was a central pillar to the Las Vegas Pokémon GO community, and was known and loved by all as a dedicated friend, father and husband. His passing has left a hole in all of our hearts, so we wanted to take this time to honor his memory.

Our community is strengthened by people like Alberto. He was kind, friendly, and brave. We hope that you can take a moment of your time this weekend to help us remember an incredible Trainer, husband, father, and friend. Rest in peace, Alberto. You will be greatly missed.
