Notes

  •  Important: Each day of the event rolls over at 4:00 a.m.
  • Important: After the event ends, you’ll no longer be able to encounter Pokémon with special appearance rates in any area.
  • Event bonuses apply only to sleep data tracked during the event.
  • If you wait to report sleep data tracked before the event began and select “Review Later” during the event, event bonuses will not be applied.
  • If you wait to report sleep data tracked during the event and select “Review Later” after the event has ended, event bonuses will be applied.
  • You can only receive bonus sleep points once per day. You will not receive bonus sleep points for the second sleep session of the day.
  • Event bonuses do not apply to sleep tracking during the tutorial.
  • The effects of incense stack with Good Sleep Day effects. If you use Growth Incense on the night of the full moon, EXP gains will be multiplied by 6 (×3 from the full moon bonus and ×2 from the Growth Incense bonus).
  •  If overlapping events trigger more than one of the same type of bonus, the larger bonus will be applied.
  • Normally, if you conduct sleep research twice in one day and research at least 11 Pokémon in a single day, the research rewards for the eleventh and any subsequent Pokémon will be less. However, if you encounter a Pokémon with a special appearance rate, the research rewards will be less for the twelfth and any subsequent Pokémon.

Notes on Special Appearance Rates

  • A special appearance rate is a bonus that gives you an opportunity to encounter Pokémon you normally wouldn’t meet.
During the Good Sleep Day event, you’ll be able to encounter Pokémon with special appearance rates in all areas, regardless of your sleep type.
  • Only one Pokémon with a special appearance rate can appear during the first sleep research of the day, and none will appear during the second sleep research of the day.
  • Additionally, each time you don’t encounter a Pokémon with a special appearance rate during sleep research, your chances of encountering a Pokémon with a special appearance rate during Good Sleep Day sleep research will increase a little.
  • Your increased chances of encountering Mew will carry over from previous New Moon Day events.
  • If you encounter a Pokémon with a special appearance rate, the number of Pokémon you encounter during that sleep research will increase by one.
  • Up to a maximum of 11 Pokémon can be encountered if you also use Pokémon incense or Good Camp Tickets.
