Pokémon Sleep: Valentine’s Day Event and Cutiefly Debut

Love is in the air in Pokémon Sleep, with the announcement of a Valentine’s Day that is a week long,. plus the debut of Cutiefly and Ribombee! 

During this week-long event Snorlax’s requested dishes will be set to Desserts/Drinks and the final Strength value for dishes will be multiplied by 1.5.

Plus, to commemorate this event, one new Dessert/Drink recipe will be added! Pokémon who collect the ingredients needed for the new recipe, which are Pure Oil, Soothing Cacao, Greengrass Corn, and Honey, are more likely to appear!

Valentine’s Day 2026

  • Event Period: Monday February 9th at 4:00 a.m. to Monday February 16th at 3:59 a.m.

  • Mission Period: Monday February 9th at 4:00 a.m. to Monday February 16th at 3:59 a.m.

Bonuses

The following bonuses will be active during all days of the event:

  • Pokemon Encounter icon A few Pokémon of different sleep types will appear during sleep research regardless of your sleep type for that day.
  • Pokemon Encounter icon Certain Pokémon will be more likely to appear during sleep research.
  • Shiny icon You may meet certain Shiny Pokémon
  • Event icon Dishes will be set to Desserts/Drinks.
  • Event icon Final Strength gains from dishes will be multiplied by 1.5 (or 3 for Extra Tasty dishes or 4.5 for Extra Tasty dishes on Sunday only).
  • Event icon Number of ingredients gathered by main skills will be multiplied by 1.25.

Pokémon Debut: Cutiefly & Ribombee

From February 9th, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Cutiefly and Ribombee will begin appearing in Pokémon Sleep! They are Fairy type Pokémon, and will appear during Snoozing type sleep.

They can appear at Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, Lapis Lakeside, Amber Canyon, and Greengrass Isle (Expert).
