Festival of Colors returns in 2025, running from March 13 to March 17, 2025. Get ready for the debut of shiny Bruxish, shiny Smeargle snapshots, extended duration Lures, and colorful surprises across the game. We hope Trainers will enjoy this year’s Festival of Colors!

Shiny Debut: Bruxish

Bruxish, the Gnash Teeth Pokémon, will make their shiny debut during the Festival of Colors! Bruxish is a Water and Psychic type known for its… unusual looks! It is a very distinctive shiny, changing to bright red and green with white accents.

During this event, Smeargle may be shiny from your snapshots! It will not be available as a Shiny after this event ends, so be sure to get your snapshots in daily to have a chance of encountering shiny Smeargle.
