Gigantamax Gengar will make its Pokémon GO debut in six-star Max Battles from October 31 at 10:00 a.m. to November 3, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. local time. If you’re lucky, you might encounter a shiny one!

Halloween Costume Froakie & Rowlet debut in Pokémon GO

New costumed Pokémon will appear during this event! Froakie wearing a Pokémon Halloween costume and Rowlet wearing a Pokémon Halloween costume will debut.

You can use 25 Froakie Candy to evolve Froakie into Frogadier, and 100 Froakie Candy to evolve Frogadier into Greninja.

You can use 25 Rowlet Candy to evolve Rowlet into Dartrix, and 100 Rowlet Candy to evolve Dartrix into Decidueye.

The event also sees the return of the following Costume Pokémon:

• Gengar wearing a Spooky Festival costume
• Drifblim wearing a Halloween Mischief costume
