Pokémon GO’s Halloween 2026 Part One event runs from October 27 at 10:00 a.m. to November 1 at 10:00 a.m. local time, bringing three new costume Pokémon: Pikachu wearing a hat and capelet, Zubat wearing a top hat, and Sinistea wearing a bow!
Expect spooky wild encounters, costume raids, and trick-or-treat surprises that can reward Pokémon encounters and Candy. A new Halloween GO Pass also arrives, with catch Candy and Stardust bonuses unlocked as you rank up. Here’s everything you need to know about the event.
The event features the following bonuses and debuts. The Candy and Stardust bonuses must be unlocked by reaching the listed GO Pass ranks.
- 2× Candy for catching Pokémon after reaching Rank 10 on GO Pass: Halloween 2026 (3× with GO Pass Deluxe).
- 2× Stardust for catching Pokémon after reaching Rank 20 on GO Pass: Halloween 2026 (3× with GO Pass Deluxe).
- A remix of the Lavender Town music will be playing nightly during this year’s Halloween event. Turn up your in-game sound to feel like you’re taking a stroll through Lavender Town!
- Pikachu wearing a hat and capelet, Zubat wearing a top hat and Sinistea wearing a bow make their Pokémon GO debut
- Halloween 2026 Part One runs from October 27 at 10:00 a.m. to November 1 at 10:00 a.m. local time

During the Halloween Part One event, you may discover spooky surprises left behind by mischievous Pokémon in the wild.
Tapping on them may award encounters with event-themed Pokémon, Pikachu Candy, Zubat Candy, Sinistea Candy, or Rare Candy, if you’re lucky.
Event-themed Field Research tasks will be available. Complete Field Research tasks to earn encounters with event-themed Pokémon.
From Tuesday, October 27, at 10:00 a.m. to Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. local time, the GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe for Halloween 2026 will be available in Pokémon GO.
- Trainers will automatically receive GO Pass: Halloween 2026 Tuesday, October 27, at 10:00 a.m.
- You can collect GO Points and rank up to get additional rewards through Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
