Ultra Unlock Part 1: Better Together

Trainers, the first Ultra Unlock event is here, Better Together! It gives access to a special event that will take place on Wednesday, July 17, at 10:00 a.m. to Monday, July 22, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. local time, and releases Tandemaus and Maushold!
Ultra Unlock Part 2: Strength of Steel

From Thursday, July 25, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. local time is Ultra Unlock Part Two: Strength of Steel, with Togedemaru making their shiny debut!
Ultra Unlock Part 3: Mega Lucario Raid Day
Mega Lucario
Mega Lucario makes their debut via a special raid day event that will take place on Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time!
Soaring Skies Monthly Timed Research
During each month of Pokémon GO: Shared Skies, Trainers will receive free monthly Timed Research! Be sure to regularly check the in-game Events tab for details. Check out full details of the Research here.
GO Battle League Season 19
GO Battle League: Shared Skies will start on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8).
The following will occur at the beginning of the Season.
- End-of-Season rewards will be available on the battle screen.
- Your GO Battle League rank will be reset.
- Rank-up requirements will remain the same as the prior Season.

Shadow Entei
One-star and three-star Shadow Raids will be available daily, while five-star Shadow Raids will take place on Saturdays and Sundays unless otherwise noted. Also, Shadow Entei will swoop into five-star Shadow Raids during Shared Skies!
You may even encounter a Shiny Shadow Entei—if you’re lucky!
Season of Shared Skies
The following bonuses are specific to Shared Skies:
One additional Special Trade per day.
Trainers level 31 and above will have a higher chance to receive Candy XL from exploring with their buddy.
Increased XP for the first catch of the day.
Season of Shared Skies Research Breakthrough
- From June 1, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT -7) to September 3, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
PDT (GMT -7) - Complete Field Research tasks during the whole season to earn an encounter from a pool of Pokémon, including Hisuian Growlithe, Furfrou, Audino, Larvitar, Jangmo-o and Axew.
Season of Shared Skies Field Research Tasks
Field Research tasks that previously rotated on a monthly basis will now rotate Seasonally. Field Research tasks that award an encounter with Spinda will still rotate monthly. For a full list of the season field research tasks check out our list here.
