How to get Mega Stones
Purchase from the Stone Emporium
The Stone Emporium in Lumiose City returns from Pokémon X & Y and sells Mega Stones for many returning Mega Evolutions. Prices range from 50,000 to 100,000 Poké Dollars depending on the stone.
Trade Mega Shards at Quasartico Inc.
Quasartico Inc. allows players to exchange Mega Shards for Mega Stones. Shards are obtained by completing story quests or breaking crystals scattered throughout Lumiose City. These shards can be redeemed for various items — including Mega Stones.
Defeat Rogue Mega Pokémon
During the main story, some missions feature wild Pokémon that have Mega Evolved. Defeating these Rogue Mega battles rewards you with that Pokémon’s specific Mega Stone immediately after battle.
