If you are looking to learn more on how to get Shiny Spiritomb during Halloween 2023 in Pokémon GO, we have an article on that as well!
Darkrai
Shiny Darkrai is available as a random encounter after defeating Darkrai in a Raid Battle. Darkrai is not often available in Raids, so you should take every opportunity to try and get a Shiny one. Check our recently updated Darkrai Raid Counters Guide for more information on how to defeat Darkrai!
The odds to get a Shiny Darkrai are ~1 in 250 encounters (*), which obviously means a ton of raids, but it should be said that it is still better than the odds to get a Shiny Gengar from Raids!

Shiny Gengar is available as a random encounter after defeating Mega Gengar, or by evolving Shiny Gastly into Haunter and Gengar. You can then evolve Gengar into Shiny Mega Gengar. Check our Mega Gengar Raid Guide for more information on how to defeat Mega Gengar!
The chance to get a Shiny Gastly are ~1 in 500 encounters (*), and the chance to get a Shiny Gengar from Raids is slightly higher, but there is not enough data yet to know the exact odds.

Shiny Banette is available as a random encounter after defeating Mega Banette in a Raid Battle. Not a lot is known about how to get a shiny Banette, as Banette Mega Raids haven’t been around for long enough.
In fact, we have no idea what the odds are to get a Shiny Banette from Raids. The current data collected by the Silph Road research group has only 0/29 from wild encounters, but that number looks like it’s missing data for Raid encounters. It also suggest that wild shiny Banette cannot be encountered.
