Inkay is a dual Dark and Psychic type tier 1 raid boss, with a raid boss CP of 2903. Best Inkay counters are strong Bug and Fairy type Pokémon, but with it being a tier 1 raid boss, any powerful generalist Pokémon can hit hard and get this ghost taken down quickly. It should be an easy solo for a trainer of any level.
