Shiny Murkrow has been found in the network traffic! Boasting a particularly evil shade of purple, shiny Murkrow is waiting to lay waste to your Pokeball stash. The discovery has been made by Chrales, a regular network traffic analyst at PoGo Dev Discord.
We have no confirmation of any sightings in the wild, but it is possible that it could be a Quest encounter. Curiously, the model was added 9 hours ago, so the lack of sightings indicates it is not yet available.
There are a few quests that include catching a set amount of Pidgeys or Murkrows:
- Catch {0} Pidgey or Murkrow.
- Catch a Pidgey or Murkrow.
You can see a full list on our Field Research Quests List, but this are the quests that are particularly tied to Murkrow.
If you encounter a shiny Murkrow let js know when and how you encountered it. Although it is not the most exciting shiny form, Honchkrow is coming in Gen IV, so preparing for it is relatively worth it.
