Hello Trainers! It would appear that the next Community Day Pokémon will be none other than the Cotton Bird Pokémon Swablu, as the Pokéminers have discovered the special research tasks in network traffic. They also discovered badges for the special weekend in Japan.
You know the drill by now, everything in this article is datamined, and therefore subject to be changed or not even being released at all. Credits go to Pokéminers. Also, there are heavy spoilers ahead… so if you don’t want to ruin it then click away now.

Swablu Community Day
The full Community day treatment has been found by the Pokéminers. This likely means that the surprise Mega evolution that’s coming will end up being Mega Altaria. We have no confirmation on that, but it makes the most sense given what’s been discovered.

Step 1
