Sleep researchers! A period of maintenance has been announced for Pokémon Sleep, along with several new updates and changes.
Under certain conditions, you may not be able to start tracking sleep during the maintenance update to Ver. 2.12.0, planned for around September 4th, 2025, at 5:30 a.m.. If you update the app to Ver. 2.12.0 during the maintenance period, and then starting sleep tracking, it may not be able to track.

Sleep Point Exchange Adjustments
- Adjustments to Sleep Point Exchanges beginning
- In the Regular Exchange, the exchange limit for Handy Candy S will go up from 10 to 15
- In the Regular Exchange, the points required to purchase Handy Candy S will go down from 160 points to 140 points
- In the Premium Exchange, the points required to purchase Dream Cluster M will decrease from 700 points to 600 points
Pokémon Adjustments
Adjustments will be made to certain helper Pokémon’s helping stats, by increasing their Main Skill Chance slighty:

- Compatibility with newer versions of Unity. Your in-app data will be re-downloaded the first time you log in after the Sep. 4 maintenance update finishes. It is recommended that you link your account or generating a Transfer Code beforehand and downloading the data in an environment with Wi-Fi.
