June Community Day looks set to feature Goomy on June 9, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Goomy
Goomy is the Pokémon we were all expecting (and hoping!) for, following on from previous year patterns. When the rare Dragon type Pokémon have had their shiny released during Pokémon GO Fest, they have then typically been featured as the following year June Community Day. Plenty of PvP fans have been speculating about what the exclusive community day move could be, with Pokémon GO PvP Caster 20butters calling for Thunder Punch, others asking for Dragon Claw, and others suggesting everything from Ice Beam, to Breaking Swipe, to Outrage and more. June Community Day Classic looks like it will feature Cyndaquil, and happens on June 22, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Cyndaquil
Cyndaquil is an interesting choice, as it skips Chikorita, which comes before it in the Pokédex, and was the earlier original Community Day too. We first saw Cyndaquil Community Day was back in November 2018, with Typhlosion gaining access to the exclusive move Blast Burn, which is traditional for Fire type starter Pokémon. It is unlikely that Hisuian Typhlosion will feature for this event, but you never know!
The Cyndaquil family have a fairly autumnal theme, easy to spot, but not necessarily the most exciting shiny versions.
