GO Battle Day: Palmer takes place March 25, 2023 12:00am to 11:59pm local time. Free, battle-themed Timed Research will be available. Rewards include gloves inspired by Palmer (Diamond/Pearl/Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl).
GO Battle League Season 14
GO Battle League: Rising Heroes will start on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. PT.
The following will occur at the beginning of the Season.
- End-of-Season rewards will be available on the battle screen.
- Your GO Battle League rank will be reset.
- Rank-up requirements will remain the same as the prior Season.

From March 21 to March 28 Mega Venusaur will appear in Mega Raids.
Five Star Raids
Ho-Oh
From March 8 to March 21 Ho-Oh will appear in five-star raids.
Thundurus (Incarnate)
From March 21 to March 28 Incarnate Forme Thundurus will appear in five-star raids.
March 2023 Research Breakthrough
Completing Field Research tasks leads to Research Breakthroughs, which now reward Trainers with different items in addition to encounters with a variety of Pokémon. Check out the Research Breakthrough rewards you can look forward to this Season!
- From March 1, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT -7) to June 1, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.
PDT (GMT -7) - Complete Field Research tasks during the whole season to earn an encounter from a pool of Pokémon, including Parasect, Pinsir, Snorlax, Furfrou, Gible and Goomy.
