Powerful Potential
Partner up and power up during the Powerful Potential event with Kubfu! From Wednesday, March 5, at 10:00 a.m. to Monday, March 10, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time, the event features the debut of Shiny Charcadet, and Kubfu in Special Research for the new Might and Mastery season!
Fuecoco Community Day
Pokémon GO’s March 2025 Community Day features Fuecoco, the Fire Croc Pokémon! Fuecoco Community Day takes place on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. Evolve to a Skeledirge that knows the exclusive move Blast Burn.
Might and Mastery Season Long Free Special Research
Available to claim from Wednesday, March 5, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 9:59 a.m. local time, you’ll encounter Dynamax Kubfu and more with this Season’s Special Research!
New parts of the Special Research will unlock over the course of the Season, so make sure to keep an eye on your research tab.
GO Battle League Season 22
GO Battle League: Might and Mastery begins Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8).
The following will occur at the beginning of the Season:
- End-of-Season rewards will be available on the Battle screen.
- Your GO Battle League rank will be reset.
- Rank-up requirements will remain the same as the prior Season.

Tuesday March 4th, 6 pm till 7 pm local time, we have Makuhita as the featured Pokémon for spotlight hour, along with 2x candy for transferring Pokémon!

The following bonuses are specific to Might and Mastery:
- Increased friendship bonus damage dealt by Pokémon in raids.
- Trainers level 31 and above will receive one guaranteed Rare Candy XL when defeating a five-star Raid Boss during a Raid Hour.
- Trainers level 31 and above will receive one guaranteed Candy XL when trading Pokémon.
- Increased Stardust for the first catch of the day.
Season of Might and Mastery Breakthrough
Encounter Pokémon by completing the Research Breakthrough! Complete Field Research to unlock Research Breakthrough encounters with one of the following Pokémon:
A note on Seasonal Field Research tasks
During the Season of Might and Mastery, most Field Research tasks will be available during the entire Season, instead of changing every month. Field Research tasks that award an encounter with Spinda will still rotate monthly. Field Research available during in-game events will replace some of these Field Research tasks.
