Pokémon TCG Pocket players are all set to make touchdown on Area Zero in the Paldea region, as the B3a minor expansion, named Paradox Drive, will be taken over by… you guessed it… Paradox Pokémon!
Headlined by the Ancient and Future duo of the Legendary Koraidon and Miradon, this set will deal with the Paradox gimmick much like the Ultra Beasts did.
Let’s find out what Paradox Drive has in store!
An official trailer for Paradox Drive has been released, revealing some cards from the new set! Several Paradox Pokémon feature on the pack.
The Paradox Drive set will be released on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 6 p.m. PDT and is the B3a expansion.

Here are all the Pokémon cards revealed:
There are also a few Trainer cards shown:
- Ancient Booster Energy Capsule Pokémon Tool: The Ancient Pokémon this card is attached to gets +40 HP.
- Future Booster Energy Capsule Pokémon Tool: Attacks used by the Future Pokémon this card is attached to do +20 damage to your opponent’s active Pokémon.
- Professor Sada Supporter: Attach three different types of Energy from your discard pile to your Ancient Pokémon in any way you like.
- Professor Turo Supporter: Shuffle one of your Future Pokémon in play into your deck.
As expected, the additions to this focus on Paradox Pokémon (with Roaring Moon and Iron Valiant surprisingly missing!), and the Trainers have unique mechanics for these mysterious creatures.

Both Koraidon and Miraidon EX look extremely strong with their Legendary Drive ability, which lets you bring the Paradox Legendary to the Active Spot and gain all the Energy in play.
With the recent buff to Fighting types in Pulsing Aura, Koraidon EX looks threatening, while Miraidon EX surprisingly uses Colorless Energy, but benefits more from
Energy.
Will Paradox Drive manage to ruffle the feathers of the Pokémon TCG Pocket meta with Mega Evolutions running rampant? Only time will tell, be it from the past or the future!
