Coming this week in Pokémon GO, commencing 21st March we have the Lush Jungle event, and the first ever weekend park spotlight.
Lush Jungle
From Tuesday, March 22, 2022, to Tuesday, March 29, 2022, get ready to brave the jungle during this Alola-inspired adventure!
Fomantis, the Sickle Grass Pokémon and Lurantis, the Bloom Sickle Pokémon will make their debuts in Pokémon GO.
The guardian deity of Akala Island, Tapu Lele, will also make its debut.
Lush Jungle Weekend Park Spotlight
On Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. to Sunday, March 27, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. local time, join your fellow Trainers for a Lush Jungle park spotlight! On Saturday, March 26, 2022, and Sunday, March 27, 2022, Cottonee will be appearing more frequently in parks.
And, for the first time in Pokémon GO, you’ll be able to encounter a Shiny Cottonee—if you’re lucky!
Interlude Season GO Battle League
The GO Battle League’s Interlude Season will start on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT –8) and end on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT –8).

From Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. PST to Friday, April 1, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7) Alolan Vulpix will be featured in your weekly Research Breakthrough box.
Mega Raids
From Tuesday, March 15, 2022, to Tuesday, March 22, 2022 Mega Lopunny will be appearing in Mega Raids.
From Tuesday, March 22, 2022, to Tuesday, April 5, 2022 Mega Charizard Y will be appearing in Mega Raids.
Five Star Raids
From Tuesday, March 15, 2022, to Tuesday, March 22, 2022 Therian Forme Tornadus will be in 5-star raids.
From Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. local time Tapu Lele will be in 5-star raids.

Season of Alola
Seasonal Bonuses
During the Season of Alola, the following bonuses will be active:
- Increased Incense effectiveness while moving
- Increased damage for Pokémon participating in raids remotely
- Guaranteed Gifts from PokéStop spins
- Up to two free Raid Passes per day by spinning Gym Photo Discs
- Incense will last for 90 minutes
