With the upcoming Raikou Research event starting on March 25th, Pokémon Sleep has announced a period of maintenance, and an update to version 1.4.0!
In order to update the app’s version, maintenance will be conducted in the following time period:

- Preparation for the Raikou Research event
The Raikou Research event introduces not only the first Legendary Pokémon to the game, but a new mechanism to research them. During this event, you can collect samples of Raikou Mane to exchange via the Event Exchange for items, such as Raikou Incense and Raikou Biscuits. You can use Raikou Incense to research Raikou’s various sleep styles.
Game Contents
- Changing the max number of Berries and ingredients that any helper Pokémon can hold at one time to 999.
Other
- Making it impossible to discard Master Biscuits. A fantastic quality of life update!
- Adjustments to show Pokémon sleep styles in order of rarity on the sleep research results screen after snack time.
