• Addition of a new Relaxing Sound, “Pikachu Lullaby 2”

Game Contents

• Adjustment to what happens immediately after the Sleep button is pressed. After the Sleep button is pressed, a short loading period will begin. As soon as it’s finished, the app will automatically begin sleep tracking. This adjustment is to prevent accidental sleep tracking failures. Note: Please wait until the loading period has finished before closing the app.
• Adjustment to the pop-up that displays after tapping “Next Goal” on the home screen. We have made changes to the pop-up that displays when you have completed all Sleep Style Dex goals.

Bug Fixes

• Scroll location on the Research Community list not preserved. You will now be returned to the same place you were at in the Research Community list when you return to the Research Community screen after looking at a friend’s research.

Other

• Addition of new Sleep Tips
• Adjustments to certain screens—such as the Pokémon details screen—so helper Pokémon react when you tap them
• Adjustments to the map’s “This Week’s Event” pop-up so it allows you to check the details of the current event
• Some text adjusted or unified
• Other small bug fixes and adjustments

Good Sleep Day Report

Our sleep tends to be shorter and shallower during the full moon. Just as this commonly accepted view may lead us to expect, it was found that Pokémon Sleep researchers on the night of the full moon during this Good Sleep Day event, the average sleep duration of all you researchers around the world was 1 min. and 56 sec. shorter than average.

Let’s all do our best to sleep longer on the next night of the full moon!

The next Good Sleep Day event will be held from 14th December to 16th December.
