This week and next week are Raikou Research Week in Pokémon Sleep, and unfortunately a bug has so far prevented the 2* and 3* sleep forms of Raikou from appearing. In response, a special event will be held over the weekend by way of an apology!
Date & Time
For two days, there will be an increase in Drowsy Power, boosting it to ×1.5!
- Day 1: Saturday, March 30, at 4:00 a.m. to Sunday, March 31, at 3:59 a.m.
- Day 2: Sunday, March 31, at 4:00 a.m. to Monday, April 1, at 3:59 a.m.
Free Gift
There is also a free gift in the shop for trainers affected by this bug which has now been fixed in the most recent game update.
All players will also receive one Raikou Incense and one Raikou Biscuit as a way to apologize for this inconvenience.
A Raikou Incense guarantees you will encounter a Raikou during your Sleep Research, and a Raikou Biscuit is a special biscuit that is particularly effect to use on Raikou to recruit it to your team.
Please note, you can only have one Raikou Incense in your item bag at a time, so you will need to claim it when you have used any you may currently have.
Notes on the Event
- [Important] Each day of this event rolls over at 4:00 a.m.
- Event bonuses apply only to sleep data that begins within the event period.
- If you wait to report sleep data tracked before the event begins, and select “Review Later” during the event, event bonuses will not be applied.
- If you wait to report sleep data tracked during the event, and select “Review Later” after the event has ended, event bonuses will be applied.
- Event bonuses will trigger regardless of which site you conduct your sleep research in.
