Pokémon GO December 2022 event information is finally here, and not a moment too soon. Starting with Virizion, Terrakion and Cobalion in Five-Star Raids, this eventful month hosts 9 events, including Heading into Hoenn mega Raid Day, Mythic Blades event, and the long awaited December Community Day.

Winter Holiday Part 2
From December 23 to December 31, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. local time to 08:00 p.m. local time, the second part of the Winter Holidays event occurs.
During Part 2 of the Winter Holiday event you’ll be able to make a wish, and choose one of the following extra bonuses:
- 1/2 Hatch Distance when Eggs are placed into Incubators during the event period.
- 2× XP for catching Pokémon.
- 2× Stardust for catching Pokémon
New Year 2023 Event
From Saturday December 31, 2022 at 8:00pm, to January 4, 2023 at 8:00pm local time, the Pokémon GO New Year 2023 Event takes place, bringing the following bonuses to the game:
- 1/2 hatch distance for any eggs incubated during the event
- 1/4 hatch distance for the first three eggs incubated during the event using the Pokémon GO Egg Widget
Winter Holiday Part 1
From December 15 to December 23, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. local time to 10:00 a.m. local time, the first part of the Winter Holidays event occurs. Mega Glalie makes their debut in raids, and shiny Bergmite will be released for the first time!
December Community Day
From December 17 to December 18 2022, 2:00 p.m. local time to 5:00 p.m. local time, December Community Day will bring back all the Community Pokémon featured in 2022. Evolve all 2022 and 2021 featured Community Day Pokemon to obtain their special moves!

From December 24 to December 25, 2022, 10:00 a.m. local time to 8:00 p.m. local time the Winter Wonderland event is here.
Hisuian Avalugg Raid Day

Heading to Hoenn Mega Raid Day
On December 3, 2022, 2:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m. local time, the Heading to Hoenn Mega Raid Day is upon us. Mega Sceptile, Mega Blaziken, and Mega Swampert, will all make their debut!

Mythic Blade Event
From December 6 to December 11, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. local time to 8:00 p.m. local time, the first ever Mythic Blade event will take place. Keldeo (Ordinary Form) debuts in Pokémon GO, and Trainers can obtain Terrakion and Virizion with Sacred Sword Fighting once again.
