Pokémon GO’s June 29 – July 5 week sees us enter the second month of the season of Forever Forward! We end June and kick off July with 10th Anniversary celebrations and Sobble Community Day! Plus the weekly rotating Raid Hours, Spotlight Hour, Dynamax Battles and Mega Raids.

Max Monday: Dynamax Pidove
On Monday, June 29th, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Dynamax Pidove will appear in Max Battles! Dynamax Pidove will continue to appear from June 29 to July 5 in Max Battles.
Spotlight Hour: Pidgey
On Thursday, July 2nd, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Pidgey will be the featured Pokémon for Spotlight Hour, along with 2× XP for evolving Pokémon.
Raid Hour: Articuno, Zapdos & Moltres
On Wednesday, July 1st, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres will be the featured Pokémon for Raid Hour.
Flying Taxi

Squawkabilly makes its Pokémon GO debut during the Flying Taxi event, introducing four different plumage forms with regional availability. White Plumage and Yellow Plumage Squawkabilly will be available worldwide, while Green Plumage will appear in the Eastern Hemisphere and Blue Plumage will appear in the Western Hemisphere.
The Pokémon GO Flying Taxi event runs from Tuesday, June 23, at 10:00 a.m. to Monday, June 29, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. local time. Alongside Squawkabilly’s debut, Trainers can encounter featured -type Pokémon in the wild, complete event Field Research, challenge themed raids, and progress through the Flying Taxi GO Pass.
Flying Taxi: Taken Over

Shadow Reshiram makes its Pokémon GO debut during the Flying Taxi: Taken Over event, the latest Team GO Rocket Takeover running from Thursday, June 25, at 12:00 a.m. to Monday, June 29, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
During the event, Trainers can earn a Super Rocket Radar through the Flying Taxi GO Pass, track down Giovanni, and rescue Shadow Reshiram. Team GO Rocket Leaders and Grunts will also introduce updated lineups featuring new Shadow Pokémon, including Shadow Rookidee, Shadow Noibat, Shadow Seel, and Shadow Hoothoot.
10th Anniversary Party

Gimmighoul holding a 10th Anniversary Coin makes its Pokémon GO debut during the 10th Anniversary event! The Pokémon GO 10th Anniversary event runs from Saturday, July 4, at 10:00 a.m. to Monday, July 6, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. local time. The event also sees the return of Pikachu in a cake hat, Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle in party hats and more!
Sobble Community Day

The July 2026 Community Day stars the final starter from the Paldea Region, Sobble, the Water Lizard Pokémon! Join the event on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time to enjoy 1/4 hatch distance, increased Sobble spawns, and a chance to encounter Shiny Sobble.
Evolve Drizzile during the event—or up to four hours afterwards—to obtain Inteleon with the exclusive Charged Attack Hydro Cannon. Starting with the event and continuing afterwards, Inteleon will also be able to learn their Signature Move as a Charged Attack, Snipe Shot.
Five-Star Raids
From June 24 to June 30, Kartana and Celesteela will appear in Five-Star Raids.

Also, Shadow Palkia will swoop into five-star Shadow Raids during Forever Forward! You may even encounter a Shiny Shadow Palkia—if you’re lucky!

Pokémon GO’s June 2026 GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe feature exclusive rewards, including an encounter with Lugia, XP and Stardust bonuses, and a Timed Incubator!
Trainers can earn GO Points by completing Pass Tasks, unlock milestone rewards through ranking up, and access premium items by upgrading to the Deluxe version via the Pokémon GO Web Store.
Trainers will automatically receive GO Pass: June on Tuesday, June 2, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
