A new event has been announced for Pokémon Sleep, to celebrate Valentine’s Day 2024! Taking place across all research areas, the Valentine’s Day 2024 event begins at 4:00 a.m. on Monday, February 12!
Valentine’s Day 2024 is a week-long event during which Snorlax’s requested dishes will be set to “Desserts/Drinks,” and the final Strength value for dishes will be multiplied by 1.5. Special ingredient gathering Pokémon will feature to help you make the perfect Valentine’s Day recipes!

Event Information
- Take part in the event on whichever Research Island you want to!
- Bulbasaur, Jigglypuff, Slowpoke, Pinsir, Chikorita, and Absol are the featured Pokémon for the event.
- Snorlax will request drinks and desserts as their chosen food for the week, and the final Strength value for dishes will be multiplied by 1.5
- The multiplier for Extra Tasty dishes will be different depending on the day. On Sunday, Extra Tasty dishes will give 4.5 times as much Strength, and on the other days, it will give 3 times as much.
- To commemorate this event, two new Dessert/Drink recipes will be added.
- Through limited-time missions during the event, you can get great rewards such as 10 Poké Biscuits.

You’ll be able to meet Pokémon of various sleep types regardless of your own. In particular, Bulbasaur, Jigglypuff, Slowpoke, Pinsir, Chikorita, and Absol—all Pokémon that gather ingredients perfect for Valentine’s Day—will be more likely to appear.
You may even meet a Shiny Bulbasaur, Jigglypuff, Slowpoke, Pinsir, Chikorita, or Absol!

Through limited-time missions during the event, you can get great rewards such as 10 Poké Biscuits. We’ll add the complete list of missions once the event begins!
Participating in the event is simple!
Press the “Sleep” button before going to sleep during the event period to track your sleep and a variety of event-related effects will be triggered during your sleep research.
Note: Event bonuses can be triggered in any area during this event, but the ‘greater chance’ to appear for featured Pokémon can only appear in their usual areas.
To accompany the Valentine’s Day 2024 event, Valentine’s Day 2024 Bundles S, M, and L will be available beginning !
