Coming this week in Pokémon GO, commencing 17th April we have the end of the Mystic Hero Event, Sustainability Week, a Limited Research event, and the release of shiny Tapu Bulu for the first time.

Lure Modules activated during the event will last for 3 hours
Blanche, the leader of Team Mystic, will lead a special research story during the event. Trainers who complete the research will be rewarded with an encounter with Lapras wearing a Blanche-themed headband! This will be the only way that trainers can obtain this special costumed Lapras this season. If you are lucky you may even encounter shiny Lapras!
Sustainability Week
Bounsweet
From April 20, 2023 at 10:00am, to April 26, 2023 at 8:00pm local time Sustainability Week is back, with Bounsweet, the Fruit Pokémon, making their Pokémon GO debut.

GO Battle League: Rising Heroes will start on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. PT.
The following will occur at the beginning of the Season.
- End-of-Season rewards will be available on the battle screen.
- Your GO Battle League rank will be reset.
- Rank-up requirements will remain the same as the prior Season.

From April 17 to May 2 Tapu Bulu will appear in five-star raids and will be available shiny for the first time!
April 2023 Research Breakthrough
Completing Field Research tasks leads to Research Breakthroughs, which now reward Trainers with different items in addition to encounters with a variety of Pokémon. Check out the Research Breakthrough rewards you can look forward to this Season!
- From March 1, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT -7) to June 1, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.
PDT (GMT -7) - Complete Field Research tasks during the whole season to earn an encounter from a pool of Pokémon, including Parasect, Pinsir, Snorlax, Furfrou, Gible and Goomy.
