Coming this week in Pokémon GO, commencing 21st February we have a super hype week with the Johto Tour!

GO Tour Poké Ball Prep Rally Event

Electrode (Hisuian)

From Friday, February 18, 2022, to Friday, February 25, 2022, get ready for Pokémon GO Tour: Johto with a Poké Ball–focused event! Hisuian Electrode will be making their debut, and the event is designed to stock you up on Pokéballs ready for the Johto Tour!

Johto Tour Event

On Saturday, February 26, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. local time, the global event will be live! In addition to the free experience, Trainers can purchase a ticket for the exclusive ticketed experience. Ticket holders will be able to choose between Gold and Silver options, as well as pick a starter to follow them along on their journey.

First-ever Pokémon GO Tour in-person Event Experience

As your Johto journey winds down, Trainers in a few select cities will be able to continue celebrating with a special step back into Kanto event on Sunday, February 27, 2022. This optional event experience is completely separate from the main Pokémon GO Tour: Johto event. You can choose to participate in both the global event and the in-person one, or just one of them. The choice is yours! Remember the adventures in Pokémon GO Tour: Johto can only be experienced on February 26, 2022.

The Pokémon GO Tour: Live events will be held at the following locations:

• Monterrey, Mexico at Parque Fundidora
• Kaohsiung, Taiwan at the Taiwan Lantern Festival

All tickets are US$25.00 in the event’s local currency equivalent (plus applicable taxes and fees) and are available for purchase on the Pokémon GO Tour website.

Season 10 GO Battle League

GO Battle League Season 10 will start on Monday, November 29, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8). Pokémon appearing in GO Battle League encounters will now be slightly easier to catch.

Between Feb 7 – Feb 21 the following leagues will be available:

• Master League*
• ML Premier Classic*
• Love Cup*

Spotlight Hour

Voltorb

Tuesday 22nd February 6pm till 7pm local time we have Voltorb as the featured Pokémon for spotlight hour, along with a 2x candy for catching Pokémon.

Raid Hour

Deoxys (Defense)

Wednesday 23rd February 6pm till 7pm local time Defense Form Deoxys will be appearing in five-star raids.

February Research Breakthrough Encounters

Espurr

From Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. PST to Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8), for the first time in Pokémon GO, you’ll be able to encounter a Shiny Espurr, if you’re lucky.

Mega Raids

Ampharos (Mega)

From Tuesday, February 15, 2022, to Tuesday, March 1, 2022 Mega Ampharos will be appearing in Mega raids.

Five Star Raids

Deoxys (Attack)

From Saturday, February 19, 2022, to Tuesday, February 22, 2022 Attack Form Deoxys will be in 5-star raids.

Deoxys (Defense)

From Tuesday, February 22, 2022, to Friday, February 25, 2022 Defense Forme Deoxys will be in 5-star raids.

Deoxys (Speed)

From Friday, February 25, 2022, to March 1, 2022 Speed Forme Deoxys will be in 5-star raids.

Pokémon GO Tour: Johto—Saturday, February 26 2022*: Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Lugia,
Ho-Oh.

*Raids for Pokémon GO Tour: Johto will run on Saturday, February 26, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. local time. Speed Forme Deoxys raids will run before and after that time frame that day.

February Weekly 1 PokéCoin bundles

Every Monday in February, a one-time-purchase bundle containing a Remote Raid Pass and other items will be available in the shop for 1 PokéCoin.

February Monthly Bonus

As part of the Season of Heritage the following bonuses will be active:

February Timed Research Challenge

Noibat

Trainers who purchase a ticket prior to February 10, 2022, will also receive access to the Season of Heritage’s Timed Research for February! Trainers who have purchased a GO Tour Ticket prior to February 10 must log in to Pokémon GO between February 1, 2022, and February 10, 2022, to receive the Timed Research. The February Timed Research featuring research tasks that reward a Noibat Hat Avatar Item and an encounter with Noibat.

Season of Heritage

Running from Wednesday, December 1st at 10:00 a.m. local time to Tuesday, March 1st, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. local time, the Season of Heritage is here! Trainers will embark on a journey inspired by the past as we run-up to the Pokémon Go Tour: Johto event.

Seasonal Bonuses 🎁

During the Season of Heritage, the following bonuses will be active.

• Increased effectiveness of Incense while stationary
• Added Increased Incense effectiveness while moving
• Increased damage for Pokémon participating in raids remotely

Monthly Seasonal Bonuses and Timed Research
