Beginning in early September, 2024, Pokémon Sleep will be holding an event—Suicune Research!
You can exchange samples of Suicune Mane that you collect during the event for Suicune Incense, which you can use to research Suicune’s various sleep styles!
Water-type helper Pokémon will be particularly effective during this event, so we recommend raising your Water-type helper Pokémon to get ready!
Water-type helper Pokémon: Squirtle, Wartortle, Blastoise, Psyduck, Golduck, Slowpoke, Slowbro, Vaporeon, Totodile, Croconaw, Feraligatr, Wooper, Quagsire, Slowking, Quaxly, and Quaxwell.
They are also preparing some functions and rewards that will allow everyone—even Pokémon Sleep beginners—to research Suicune’s sleep styles and befriend it more easily.
More details and the event’s start date are coming in a later update. Use Water Week to build up your best Water type team in anticipation of this event!
Mini Candy Boost uses fewer Dream Shards than the regular Candy Boost function, so this limited-time function can be easily used even by researchers who just began playing Pokémon Sleep.
Using Mini Candy Boost lets your helper Pokémon get twice the usual amount of EXP from candies in exchange for using four times the usual amount of Dream Shards per candy. This function can be used with up to 50 candies per day.
This function will be set to ON by default. You can freely toggle this function ON or OFF by tapping the button in the upper right of the Level Up screen.
Feel free to use Mini Candy Boost when you want to level up your helper Pokémon!
